You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@maventra.net. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications relating to an active project or contract.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers

  • Transfers to countries covered by UK adequacy regulations, or
  • The UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses

You may request details of the safeguards applied by emailing hello@maventra.net.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for:

  • Client records and project files: for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years
  • Accounting and tax records: 6 years, as required by law
  • Marketing contacts: until you opt out or after 24 months of inactivity
  • Website analytics data: in line with the retention periods set in our analytics tools

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Not be subject to automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do not carry out such processing)

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@maventra.net. We will respond within one month. There is no fee, though we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act.
